Salina’s Bistro opened its doors in May 2019 & is a family run restaurant. Cooking a range of Middle-Eastern and Irish Cuisine, with the owner originally from Palestine, has made a home here in Ireland for over 20 years and was always passionate about sharing the Middle-Eastern Flavours with people and took the leap in 2019 and opened Salina’s Bistro.

Gluten Free Options

Salina’s Bistro has become very popular amongst customers looking for gluten free food, 95% of our menu can be done or is already gluten free. We have a separate fryer just for our chips to keep them gluten free !! All our sauces are gluten free and we have gluten free bread, buns, pasta and batter.

Vegetarian & Vegan Options

Lots of the Middle-Eastern Cuisine are vegetarian and vegan dishes and here at Salina’s Bistro it’s no different we offer a great selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Halal Food

All our meats supplied here to Salina’s Bistro, our Lamb, Chicken and Beef including our burgers and steaks are Halal certified. Our Suppliers are Coolcower Meats & O’ Farrells Butchers Midleton.
